Description SHIFT: Work From Home
SCHEDULE: Full-time
Customer Service Representative – Work From Home

FT, PT or PRN Positions available
Set schedules available may include 2 hours to 12 hour shifts, depending on schedule availability
Training would take place virtually and averages approximately 4 weeks
Needs to reside within the DFW area

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming calls from patients and medical staff and placing outbound calls. The CSR will obtain meal orders by assisting the patient in their meal selections, according to their prescribed diet, in a prompt and courteous manner and enter them in the Food Service application. Manage daily operations including but not limited to: Meditech EHR, Food Service application, call center equipment, virtual phone and other programs. Our Department hours of operation are 7 am to 7 pm, 7 days a week. There are 6 Department recognized Holidays and CSRs are required to work 4 of those days based on staffing.

High School Diploma/GED preferred
2 years of customer service experience is preferred
Computer literacy and the ability to learn new programs quickly
