*_Typical Day: _*A typical day as a Junior ERP Project Manager may include the following:

Create and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure clients are receiving services that meet their business needs. Act as the liaison between client, internal resources, and third-party consultants by serving as the primary customer contact during the life cycle of the project.
Work closely with Concentrus consultants, technical teams and functional analysts to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high-quality deliverables.
Create and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, schedule, and resource allocation for a variety of ERP projects such as ERP Implementations, system integrations, data migration training, configuration, and custom software development.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate staff and team members and monitor projects to confirm billing happens according to key milestones or on a time-and-material basis.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding the project progress, technology and functionality to ensure satisfaction targets are achieved.
Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans for all aspects of the project.
Lead the delivery team, drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.
Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success.
Support various clients concurrently with aggressive timelines to achieve objectives including client satisfaction and implementation profitability.
Maintain awareness of technical trends and issues in the area of cloud-based CRM & ERP products and apply that knowledge to client issues and solutions.

Who You Are

Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
knowledge of ERP/Accounting software is required.
You have a PMP certification is a plus.
You have the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
You are able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
You thrive on establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers and clients.
You are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office and using various software packages
