Atomic Wings is excited to expand its operations in Bay Area, CA. We are ready to open our newest location in San Ramon, California. We are proud to bring our mouth-watering buffalo wings, tenders, sandwiches, fries and more to the West Coast. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer pleasing team member to join our team.
Job Summary
The Cashier operates as the nerve center of the entire operation. The cashier is responsible for clear and concise communication to the customers, the cooks, the delivery personnel, and the servers. The cashier generally is the both the first and last person the customer sees inside the store and is the source of accuracy and customer service for all deliveries. The cashier is a high impact position – an individual whose level of customer service sets Atomic Wings apart from other quick service concepts.
Because team work is so important to Atomic Wings, a pleasant attitude, willingness to help others and commitment to our high standards of quality are the foundation of a positive work experience for the cashier, other team members and our customers.
The cashier must be able to count change accurately; must know Atomic Wings menu completely; must have a tremendous sense of urgency; must be able to maintain a high level of customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
The following is a summary of the cashier/phones job functions expected in the position and is not intended to be totally inclusive:

Answer phones promptly and properly, using the Atomic Wings script
Greet all customers with a smile
Handle credit card and cash transactions accurately
Assists shift manager in cashing out delivery personnel
Assists manager with ‘cashing out’ at close of business
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
Ensure ongoing functioning of POS system
Responsible for ensuring all tablets are on and functioning properly during shift. Grubhub, Seamless, Ubereats, Postmates, Delivery.com, Chownow etc.
Is responsible for ringing all orders into POS system
Is responsible for accurately taking phone orders and recording them according to Atomic Wings protocol
Takes “to-go” orders at counter
Is responsible for accurate cash and credit card handling, in accordance with Atomic Wings procedures
Assists the Server in running food to table
Assists in clearing tables; keeping dining room clean
Takes “to-go” orders at counter
Delivers ”to-go” and “pick-up” orders to customers
Assists delivery personnel with assembling orders to be delivered
Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
Any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time, bend and lift 20 lbs.
Must speak English
Must provide documentation of legal U.S. residency
Must be able to manage many tasks quickly and efficiently

After experiencing huge success, Adam saw an opportunity and focused his energy on creating wings that truly stood apart from the rest in terms of taste and authenticity.
