Job Description :
We are seeking a Security Coordinator to join our team and manage surveillance at various construction job site locations, mainly in Tulare and Kings Counties. The Security Coordinator will patrol targeted construction site premises and serve as a visible deterrent to crime, ensuring the security and safety of the site. The candidate must have a clean driving record and be willing to work nights and weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for detecting suspicious activities, including vandalism and theft
Monitor surveillance cameras and equipment
Monitor job site buildings, equipment, and access points
Prepare and submit activity reports and incident reports
Adhere to all company service and operating standards
Perform other duties as required
Contact Police and SJV Management immediately when a theft or act of vandalism is observed
Work closely with other departments at SJV Homes

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

High School Diploma, a college degree is preferred
Good understanding of legal guidelines for security and public safety
Trained in first-aid and self-defense
Must be 18 or older
Must have a valid CA Driver’s License
Must pass a background check and drug testing
The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
The ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality
The ability to remain calm, focused, and professional while on duty
Good observation skills, strong ethics and integrity a must

Pay: $20-25/hourly, temp to hire. Flexible 8 hour shifts, rotating 10PM-6AM and 8PM-4AM, including weekends
