Turning Point Community Programs is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for our Home Office in Rancho Cordova. GENERAL PURPOSE
Under the administrative supervision of the Program Director or designee, this position is responsible for ensuring that the program remains in compliance with all necessary guidelines.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
This is an at-will administrative position within a program. Additionally, this position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day completion of critical paperwork and assisting the Program Director in the functioning of the program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY)

Provides oversight for critical incident management.
Investigates Risk Management issues and makes recommendations to the Program Director.
Assists staff with prioritizing and completing paperwork.
Monitors and evaluates staff documentation to ensure programs follow State and County Medi-Cal Guidelines.
Conducts documentation training for all new staff. Updates internal documentation tools to reflect State and County Medi-Cal guidelines.
Attends all County Utilization Review meetings and implements recommendations.
Is responsible for conducting monthly on-site Internal Utilization Reviews.
Acts as representative at County Medication Monitoring Committee.
Attends County Documentation Trainings. Communicates and implements new information at site.
Reviews and signs charts in accordance with UR and Medi-Cal billing.
Responsible for maintaining internal staff caseloads and referral tracker by utilizing Excel format.
Monitors and produces monthly billing productivity and program revenue for programs. Regularly updates Program Directors.
Oversees timelines and submission of required County Documents needed to maintain compliance with Medi-Cal billing and authorizations.
Reviews and evaluates performance outcome and satisfaction data.
Insures the safety, health, and well-being of the clients.

Get to multiple locations typically via car.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $ 30.00 – 31.84 per hour
