Roles & Responsibilities
Braddell Brothers LLP is looking for a Practice Executive to be responsible for finance-related and client-invoicing duties. You will be working closely with the Firm’s Management team, Office Manager and external accounting service providers.
General Scope of Duties

Review and manage accounts receivables and payables.
Review and manage transactions for the Firm’s bank accounts.
Prepare financial reports.
Prepare client invoices and invoice-related documents.
Assist in the collection of payment of client invoices.
Liaise with the Firm’s clients, banker and vendors, as and when necessary.
Assist in the preparation of audit letters requested by clients.

Requirements

Qualification in accounting / finance studies is ideal, but not strictly necessary.
Familiarity with operations, and work experience, within a Singapore law firm is ideal, but not strictly necessary.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Good communication skills.
High level of discretion.
