PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITIONResponsible for supporting recruiting team with all administrative activities required to hire a candidate. Effectively builds strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, senior recruiters, and must have a passion for delivering an extraordinary experience to our internal and external customers. Highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
*Schedule of in person interviews and phone screens. Book conference rooms and arrange technology set-ups for on-site interviews.
Conduct prescreens and interviews as needed to support Sr. Recruiters.
Maintain recruiting materials such as new hire offer packets and assist in the creation and generation of recruiting reports.
Manage the interview loop and ensure interviews are kept on schedule.
Initiate, track and manage all pre-employment screening of new employees to include, background checks, drug screening, bond, and references.
Prepare and deliver new employee on-boarding processes to include but not limited to IT tickets/access, on-boarding paperwork, badges, and delivery of on-site orientation.
Confirm Interviewer and Interviewee attendance of all scheduled interviews.
Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials if requested.
Update candidate records in HRIS system and job postings within applicant tracking system.
In coordination with Sr. Recruiters, provides all correspondence to candidates on status via phone and email.
Track recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report.
Manage and coordinate career fairs.
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Handle logistics for temporary positions and staff.
All other duties as assigned.
*RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS*Supervise Approximately: NoneReports To: VP of Human ResourcesContacts: Incumbent has regular contact with other departments, employees, applicants and vendors
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
*EDUCATION*
High School diploma.
*EXPERIENCE*
Three years of progressive administrative experience.
Experience in onboarding and recruiting is preferred
*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision for frequent viewing of computer.
May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
*MENTAL*
Perform job functions independently or with limited supervision.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.
Proficient knowledge of excel, word and outlook.
Excellent communication and internal customer service skills.
*EQUIPMENT SKILLS*Personal computer with windows environment.
