A quick overview
Educate, manage and deliver comprehensive product training/enablement tools for all Zyris products, focusing on high leverage opportunities such as DEPP (Dental Education Partnership Program) schools and DSOs (Dental Service Organizations) to “train the trainer”. Establish Zyris products, such as Isolite, as protocol and standard of care, enabling life-long success with our product portfolio.

How you’ll contribute to the team

Contact, engage and train academic and DSO organizations to ensure full understanding of Zyris products, and how to integrate them as a protocol in the treatment curriculum. Develop and deliver training in various modalities (online, in-person, etc) to achieve objectives
Deliver initial on-boarding, and then ongoing refresher training for all partner (Dentist, Hygiene and Assistant) schools and DSOs
Interface with top leadership (Deans, Clinical Administrators and C-suite) to foster commitment at the highest levels
Collaborate with faculty and students to enhance and integrate educational content into ongoing student curriculum, continually evaluating the effectiveness of the content
Track, monitor and evaluate Leading Indicators and KPIs for organizational engagement and success

What we’re looking for

3+ years experience working as an educator/trainer in the dental field
4+ years of clinical dental experience
A proven record of accomplishment for successfully delivering training sessions to large audiences
Practical examples of using social platforms (FB, TikTok, IG, YouTube, Twitter, Clubhouse) as a vehicle for educating customers
Expert at planning and executing training events, at all levels in a school or corporate environment
Comfortable challenging the status quo diplomatically and with being divisive. Has courage to engage in difficult discussions without triggering defensive attitudes, with a sense of humor that draws people in
Proven ability to respond quickly and creatively to unexpected circumstances that arise
Naturally curious, high energy, outgoing, high intelligence, on-it mindset, loves engaging with people
Highly organized and able to monitor and report on trends, record and curate feedback, and compile data
