Job Description :
Jet Specialty, Inc. a 41 year old oilfield supply company is looking for an administrative assistant for our Pecos, TX location. We offer competitive pay, matching 401k, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays and paid vacation. Applicant must live in or around Pecos, TX. Oilfield Supply Experience is a plus!!
Pre Employment:
1. Must be able to pass a drug test
2. Must be able to pass background check
3. Must have a clean driving record
Job Description:
1. Answer phones, make calls to vendors
2. Invoicing tickets
3. Accounts Receivable Experience
4. Filing, organizing
5. Working with our inside sales people on projects and daily orders
6. Computer skills
7.Being able to work on spreadsheets
8. Other general office duties
Applicant MUST: have a strong work ethic, have a great attitude, be a team player, be dependable, willing to help others, willing to learn, be customer service oriented, and be able to multi task.
OILFIELD SUPPLY EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!!!!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 – $2.00 per hour
