JOB DETAILS: Job Title : Coating Technician (Swing) (1135535)Duration : 2 Years ContractLocation : Santa Clara, CAPay Rate : $43.00/hr. on W2Shift Time : 2:00 PM -10:30 PM
* Description: The coating Technician will maintain the production schedule by assisting with coating production and NPI parts. This role will be under a 1K cleanroom environment and includes taking measurements, helping coating engineering run tests, validating parts, inventory management, cementing and bonding parts together.
Coating technician Responsibility-Operates vacuum coating chamber-Monitors chamber process and coating measurements-Performs spectra scan and laser test to verify coating process control-Cleans, inspects, and handles optics-perform chamber and tooling ( coating fixtures) cleaning-Performs first-level troubleshooting of coating equipment-Collaborates with engineering to improve manufacturing methods, efficiency, and yield.
* Requirements: QualificationsThe Technician will need to have 1-3 years of 1K experience (Cleanroom 1000) 5-7 years of coating or test engineering experience and 5 years of inspecting optical/medical parts
