Overview:
Purpose:

The temp Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing back up and assistance within the warehouse operations group, Regional Operational Managers and various Team members. Assisting with the duties and responsibilities to help the organization with solutions.

This role provides flexibility to work in a hybrid environment of home and our Westlake Village, CA office or may be located remotely in the following: Greater Chicago area, Southern California region, or New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
Primary Accountabilities:

Create report for urgent items. (ZRSUM ZRNEG)
Identify urgent containers for IMS. ROM to mark as urgent.
Work on D/D tracking containers for all locations with the Ocean Group.
Collect and work on warehouse temps to get them up to date.
Work on CHEP assistance for accuracy and any audit.
Assist ROMs with open order reports as needed.
Assist with AIAP account set update. Collection of information from accounts, 3pl., etc..
Liaison with Inventory Control, Transportation Groups (OT/Ocean), A/P, 3pl partners on status of materials, projects, verp (non-sku, top sheets, tags and helping with repacks and mods.
Assist with processing various payments such as Xsuites. Follow up with status on payments.
Advise Team members on data finding, statistical analyze information and carious courses that can be taken to help develop solutions to operational/logistics problems.
Follow up on key CPU/Delivery orders, Donation and Salvage.
Assist Managers with systems/process work flows, instructions and projects.
Other duties or projects, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience, Knowledge, & Skills You Bring:

General background in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, transportation trucking, transportation Ocean.
Background in consumer product operations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Ability to present data, business ideas and process large amounts of data.
Strong math and computer skills.
Collaborative; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up ability, both written and phone.
System skills such as SAP, Excel (Pivot, V Look-up), IMS, Word analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail.

Education & Certification:

High school diploma, or equivalent, is required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and use a variety of office equipment; ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel may be required.
