Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is searching for an IT Customer Service Specialist (help desk support) to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Location: 6688 North Central Expwy, Dallas, TX 75206

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm,
may need to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday

Answer the information technology (IT) customer service phone line throughout each business day
Monitor the IT customer service voicemail ticket queue
Provide basic support to IT departments, including mobile devices and the installed apps, computers and the installed software, printers, fax machines, and all other hardware
Maintain a positive, supportive, and team-centered customer service approach in every interaction

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years of related work experience.
Must have customer support experience answering the phone, including support of end-users.
Must have demonstrated experience working with mobile device hardware and software and computer hardware and software.
Must be able to communicate effectively and must convey thoughts in a way easily understood.
Must have the ability to interact positively with levels of personnel across all functions and must be a self-starter who requires minimum supervision.
