Position Overview: The Registered Nurse in the Acute Care setting manages the patient/family experience through utilization of critical thinking, teamwork, effective communication, and nursing judgment/knowledge/skills.

Job Description:

EDUCATION Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

DEPARTMENT – SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 year experience as a RN with at least 6 months applicable experience in the specialty area.

DEPARTMENT-SPECIFIC LICENSURES AND CERTIFICATIONS Registered Nurse – State Licensure – RN
Basic Life Support Certification – HealthCare Provider – BLS-HCP Advanced Cardiac Life Support – ACLS
Pediatric Adv Life Support – PALS
Trauma Nursing Corp Course – TNCC – 180 DAYS
