Job Description:

The Conference Services Coordinator will assist Conference Service Managers with day to day duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Produce BEO’s, Group Resume and Planning Site Sheets
Handle daily distribution of BEO’s to all pertaining departments
Manage BEO Bible with all changes, revised and pop up BEOs on a daily basis
Order all department office supplies
Manager group assignment calendar when groups are assigned to Conference Service Managers
Assist with incoming groups with the Conference Service Manager
Manage all amenities for Conference Service Managers
Handle any unexpected need by the client in a timely manner.
Handle groups booked with up to 30 guest rooms.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); One year Banquet or Conference Services experience preferred.
