Job Description :
To maintain a smooth transition of the inbound and outbound freight for the Lubbock facility. Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials. Loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Job Responsibilities:

Prepare & print orders for the department, consisting of but not limited to: load lists, BOL’s,
Ensure all paperwork is available and complete every morning to load trucks
Print shipping labels and or any private labels as needed
Checking for any errors that may have been made on the picklist and ensuring all paperwork is correct before dispatching the truck.
Analyze and advise of any inventory issues
Enter all pertaining information on the orders, Pro numbers, BOL numbers, container numbers & seal number.
Scan all orders into the image now
Process RMA’s – review all returns and issue credit.
Year end physical inventory on all sellables.
Answer emails from customer service daily for the warehouse concerning on hand inventory and the status of orders and any other questions they may have.
Help review open orders to ensure all orders are shipping on time and in full.
Receive all seals and ensure quantities are correct.
Receive in any warehouse transfers
Must be able to drive a forklift, load and unload trucks as needed.
Must have strong organizational skills.

Skills / Experience / Education Requirements:
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint,D365 and Syspro.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour

Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
