Job Description :
Summary:The Design Program Coordinator & LMS Administrator will work directly with the Design Program Manager for Content Strategy Education & Development to support and implement in-person and e-learning education training initiatives.
Responsibilities:Be the Cornerstone learning management system (LMS) administrator for Content Design Education & Development programsManage LMS class creation, scheduling logistics and troubleshootingCoordinate presenters and attendee enrollmentCreate and maintain program documentationCollect data for measurement and evaluation of the programCommunicate information and updates to the Design Program Manager, attendees, presenters and various stakeholdersCreate and manage communication channels for presenters and attendeesGuide new hires through their educational onboarding process
Requirements:2+ years of LMS administration experienceDemonstrated experience and proficiency working with Cornerstone OnDemandAbility to multitask and prioritizeExcellent time management and organization skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to maintain detailed internal processes and logistical operations
Top 3 Hard Skills Required:1 Cornerstone OnDemand – proficiency2 Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience3 Ability to multitask and prioritize
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
