KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Delivery Center Technology Strategy to join our Audit Technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and vision for the overarching technology strategy for the offshoring services across business functions
Act as Business Executive level escalation point ensuring business expectations, goals and objectives are met
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute solutions that are scalable, secure, cost-effective, uniform, and re-usable for all offshore delivery centers
Lead collaborative work efforts of business sponsors, information security, risk management, firmwide security, legal and technology teams to ensure that the requirements from all key stakeholders are represented and incorporated into standard solutions
Create a baseline of risk-based security policies and information protection controls (technology, people, and process) for KPMG on/offshore authorized third parties
Develop and execute more effective training solutions for offshore procedures and requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum ten years of relevant experience building and managing Offshore Tech Services while creating solutions, practices and metrics that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
Well versed in technology, strategy development and implementation
Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to foster the development of high-performance teams
Capable of building strong professional relationships with ability to influence all levels across the organization; must be able to set and execute strategic initiatives for team
Creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions; ability to develop strategic organization and resource plans, defining next generation business and leadership needs
