As a Video Operations project manager, you will serve as the first point of contact and liaison for project asks, needs, and updates on behalf of AMP Video Operations. You will be responsible for orchestrating large scale, sophisticated, and cross-functional projects for the Apple TV App. You will play an integral part of bringing teams together, communicating and adjusting the plan throughout the life cycle of the project, successfully launching projects you can be proud of, and helping to seamlessly transition to operational support after launch.

Description

As a Video Operations Project Manager, you will: • Gather and communicate project requirements and scope for each Operations team. • Construct the work breakdown schedule (WBS) and forecast resource needs. • Complete and monitor the WBS across multiple Operations teams and make adjustments along the way while also looking ahead to identify and mitigate risks. • Consistently report on project updates to all levels of the organization and to cross-functional teams. • Build relationships with and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on project tasks, progress, and asks. • Identify new tooling and process enhancements for projects. Recognize and act on opportunities for automation. • Acquire a deep understanding of our data pipeline, from integration to consumption, as well as our data management tools.

Education & Experience

College education preferred, 4+ years of project management experience and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred), and experience in the digital media or technology industry.
