RESEARCH MANAGER

Decision Analyst is one of the highest ranked research and analytics firms in the U.S. and specializes in strategy research, advertising testing, product testing, new products research, and marketing optimization.
Research Managers work in a Client Service Team on a variety of projects and tasks. This position would manage and direct all phases of primary quantitative research, handling multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be someone outgoing and positive, with an analytical mind, great attention to detail, the ability to ask great questions and tune into the answers to find meaningful insights. .
Duties:

Planning and executing research projects from start to finish
Assisting in writing proposals
Choosing study methods
Designing complex questionnaires
Outlining sampling and screening parameters
Analyzing findings and writing reports with meaningful conclusions and implications
Presenting findings to clients
Communicating directly with clients to manage business relationships and day-to-day project needs
Some travel (< 10%) will be required for in-person client meetings (when reasonable given CDC guidance regarding COVID-19, etc.) Skills: Professionalism Excellent communication and organizational skills Great analysis, writing, and storytelling skills Ability to work independently Requirements: Knowledge of and experience using various marketing research methods (including interpreting results and discussing or presenting results) A Bachelor’s degree plus 5 or more years of experience in primary marketing research are preferred A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. This position is a great opportunity for someone who loves variety and wants to work with a team of supportive professionals in a creative, casual, diverse work environment with a great work-life balance.
