Roles & Responsibilities

To support the marketing team which includes assist to prepare promotional materials such as design posters and price tags.
In charge of the e-commerce webstore, such as Shopee, Q10, Redmart, Fairprice, etc.; includes process the orders and attend to the livechat.
In charge of Fragrance’s online store and assist to process orders.
To provide good customer service via emails, company’s official whatsapp and phone calls
To support adhoc administration work to the marketing team
