Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced events planner who is confident planning for and executing Local and International events on a monthly basis for a high performing women’s fast fashion brand. Oh Polly is regularly ranked in the top 5 fastest growing pureplay online retailers in the UK competing with the likes of; Pretty Little Thing, Missguided, ASOS, and Primark.

Reporting to our Head of Creative you will be responsible for planning and delivering events such as gifting suites, launch parties, Influencer dinners, blogger trips & fashion weeks. You will be extremely creative and have the ability to visualise, plan and deliver exciting new concepts and events. A willingness to travel is essential.

Sourcing / confirming suppliers.
Conducting venue searches / site visits.
Attending events & representing the brand.
Creating mood boards for the event.
Event admin / assisting with post-event evaluations.
Ordering event supplies.
Setting up events / breaking down events.
Creating relationships with influencers and suppliers.
Managing set budgets.

Experience/Skills

You should be extremely knowledgeable about our target market.
You should have previous experience working in events planning.
You should be capable of working with spreadsheets, and MS office suites to plan events, logistics and work budgets.

Responsibilities

You will be willing to travel to prepare events spaces in advance and also execute events on the day.
You will be expected to be able to plan, work with and be responsible for a budget per event.
You will have creative flair, and be able to conceptualise event spaces, brand placement and content capture opportunities.
You will also be able to prepare logistics plans, risk assessments, budget sheets, and post event analysis.
You will be confident mingling with Influencers, celebrities, agents and media contacts and representing an international brand.
