Job Description :
We are seeking a Practice Receptionist to manage the daily activities of the practice from scheduling, phone calls, and recordkeeping. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication, time management skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Some further training will be provided for invoice and billing.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist

Serve as first point of contact for staff and patients we serve.
Manage telephones and emails in professional manner.
Manage patient filing system and electronic medical system.
Process new client intakes and introduce our services upon inquiry.
Keep organized records of patient’ visits, invoices, and payments

Communicate with health insurance companies and pharmacies as needed.
Conduct pre-authorizations for services as needed.
Process mail and manage supply orders.
Assess emerging issues and inform staff as needed.

Qualifications for Office Manager

Associate degree required.
Experience in professional office setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain professional level of patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA procedures.
