The IT Business Partner for the North American Supply Chain Planning organization provides partnership and guidance to the K-C business community.
You’ll engage with key regional and global stakeholders across functions to build and implement digital planning capabilities aligned to K-C objectives. The business partner is responsible for:
Developing an understanding of North American Consumer planning processes and enterprise software systems.
Extensive interaction with stakeholder community to ensure adoption and value realization of capabilities within the North American region.
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities within the planning community.
Championing and effectively prioritizing North American business needs to influence development of global products.
Oversight of project schedules and budgets to ensure desired outcomes.
This is an opportunity focused on an eager candidate looking to build expertise within the supply chain planning domain. The successful candidate will leverage a technology background with project management exposure to gain further expertise.
Compelling communication with business and technology leaders is required while working across a matrixed organization of functional, regional, and global stakeholders to coordinate successful business outcomes considerate of local needs and global strategy.
Willing to problem solve, analyze, and learn enterprise software systems/business processes.
Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of current or upcoming planning processes and tools.
Build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders to understand needs, define business case, drive product adoption, and ensure the realization of business outcomes the solutions enable.
Partner with global and regional peers to scale solutions and propose best practices across functional/geographic boundaries.
Manage services provided to business through existing and new technology.

Bachelor’s degree/specialized training/relevant professional qualifications
3+ years prior relevant experience
Exposure to CPG business models, technologies and processes would be an advantage.
Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across geographies, cultures and time zones.
Product and project management experience
Prior IT or business experience leading technology strategy and operations
