Job Description :
POSITION SUMMARY: The Lead Centrifuge Operator is responsible for overseeing all TRD/centrifuge services at a fixed TRD facility in accordance with regulations and relevant Company policies and procedures. The Lead Centrifuge Operator also will interact with customers in a courteous and respectful manner to ensure that customer relationships are maintained. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads the day-to-day operations of a fixed TRD facility, including processing with centrifuges, reclaiming oil, monitoring tank levels, monitoring receiving capacity in pits, and working with scale house operators regarding the types of fluids being brought to the TRD facility.
Troubleshoots equipment, prepares daily reporting, performs on the job maintenance, and orders equipment and supplies.
Supervises operators during service delivery.
Responsible for the training and/or mentoring of new employees.
Responsible for assisting/directing the daily work of other operators.
Guides team members and ensures that they are following proper safety and work procedures.
Leads a 10-15 minute tailgate meeting with all team members at the beginning of work shifts.
Attends all required safety meetings and conducts all business activities in accordance with health and safety policies and legal compliance requirements.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years of experience with TRD/centrifuge services.
Minimum of 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
