Job Description :
As the Team Manager, you are responsible for managing an offshore team responsible for the management of information with new/existing clients.

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage an offshore team of 20+ employees
Provide Vendor Management System (VMS) submittal training
Provide Profile training on healthcare professional applications
Run weekly and monthly reports
Update and maintain the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with Client information

Your Requirements:

Proven experience leading a team
Staffing experience preferred, healthcare industry a plus
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
