We currently have an immediate need for Gutter Installers and are looking to hire individuals who have some experience in construction.

*What We’re Looking For: *We are looking for people who can consistently produce quality work and are always learning how to better themselves. Gutter install experience is not required and we are willing to train the right people. However, experience in other construction trades such as carpentry, drywall, framing, or roofing is helpful.
Gutter Installers work as teams of two or more to complete installations at our client’s homes. Your responsibilities include tearing off existing gutters safely, measuring the area for gutters to be installed, installing fascia boards, operating and maintaining gutter machinery, and working in a safe manner to keep yourself and others injury-free. We install throughout Northern California, so travel is a must!

Qualifications:

A minimum of one year of construction experience is preferred.
Safety-oriented
Be a team player
Comfortable working from a ladder and heights
Must be able to travel up to three weeks out of town each month (not in a row)
Must provide own hand tools
Can lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
Experience driving a truck with a trailer
Clean driving record and valid CA license – No DUI’s in the past 10 years
No illegal drug use – A pre-employment drug test is required
