Job Description :
A Team Leader begins to take on leadership positions within the store. Team Leaders are expected to act as Person in Charge (PIC) which includes running breaks, placement of Team Members, and opening/closing. They may also assist with the development of Team Members.

Understands the importance and impact of CEM/OSAT scores, guest satisfaction and experience. Has a basic understanding of reports.
Executes “Winning Hearts Every Day” strategy through thorough planning and execution of operations

RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as Person In Charge for department: Lead shifts, Run breaks, Handle guest complaints
Able to hold people accountable for fulfilling their role properly
Be responsive and aware of slack updates
Understands procedures around Callouts, PSL, and Behavior & Performance Accountability system
AVAILABILITY/HOUR ALLOCATION
Work a minimum of twenty-five hours a week
Must be available to either open or close the restaurant daily
Must be available to work Friday and Saturday (AM or PM)

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
