Your Impact:
As a Project Designer, candidate would be contributing as a team member, leading small project efforts as well as working with a senior designer on larger-scaled projects to develop interior environments that enhance organizational performance and achieve the client’s business objectives utilizing best practices, and creative design solutions.
Works independently as a project designer on smaller projects or may work under the direction of the Senior designer on larger efforts

Assists in setting assignment objectives and work is reviewed for adequacy and accuracy
Contribute to the development of new ideas, techniques and standards
Participates in the implementation of the project process including programming, space planning, conceptual design, design development, and construction documents
Interacts with external personnel and clients on significant matters
On smaller projects, may have responsibility of meeting with clients bringing back objectives to team
May assist with training and managing less experienced design staff
Has knowledge of construction administration
Has considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
Assists in the pursuit of new client relationships and projects

Here’s What You’ll Need:

6+ / 9+ years of applicable professional experience, with a focus on corporate / commercial projects
Bachelors or higher level degree from an accredited school of interior design or architecture
Working towards or has interior design certification
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools required
Strong graphic presentations skills with proficiency in Creative Adobe Suite applications
Familiarity with design process, including FF&E related tasks
Capability to work in a team setting with good collaboration skills
Solid presentation abilities
