Job Description :
NEIMAN MARCUS GROUP

The eCommerce Fraud Analyst is responsible for identifying potential fraudulent customer orders for The Neiman Marcus Group.

Qualifications:

Self-starters must efficiently analyze information and navigate multiple systems to detect and prevent internet- and store-related fraud
Professionally communicate with customers to verify pending order details
Reach daily quotas for hourly order review rates
Ability to make sound business decisions based on information available
Identify trends to reduce unnecessary expense
Understand the global impact of daily job requirements financially as well as for our customers
Working knowledge of credit card fraud
Strong internet skills and investigative nature are required to differentiate good customers from bad
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgency

Qualifications

Requirements:

High school diploma
1 yr previous experience in fraud prevention
Moderate to Advanced computer skills
Strong decision making and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Flexibility with scheduling to meet business needs, including working some weekends and/or holidays
Current schedules available are:

Tuesday through Saturday 7:00 am-3:30pm (negotiable), with one late shift of 9:30a-6p.
Sunday through Thursday 7:00 am-3:30pm (negotiable), with one late shift of 9;30a-6p.

Internal candidates must have excellent performance/productivity statistics in their role
Exceptional attendance record is essential
Previous knowledge of Accertify is preferred
