Your day to day

Monitor inventory and supplies and ensure that replenishments are ordered in a timely manner. Report shortages immediately to supervisor.

Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.

Meet with hotel staff/clients to ascertain/understand their needs and provide prompt and professional assistance and support.

Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.

Conducts periodic tests and inspections to ensure all departments are complying with required procedures.

Identify training needs and recommend actions in order to resolve those needs.

Assist in the monitoring of all related hotel systems and ensure proper operation and condition.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What we need from you
High School diploma or equivalent plus some computer set-up and troubleshooting experience preferred. Some college and/or IT certification preferred.

This job requires ability to perform the following:

Use a keyboard to operate various property management systems, etc.

Carrying, pushing, or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds

Frequent stooping and kneeling

This job requires ability to perform the following:

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with other employees/clients.

Maintain complete knowledge of property management systems and procedures.

Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment only as intended.

Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing departmental records/logs

Problem solving skills are utilized when addressing problem or issues.

May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
