We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Houston, Texas client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: Assist and support the branch by providing clerical and secretarial support.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: North Houston
Pay:$14-$16
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm M-F
Duration: Temp to Hire
Description of Duties: Answer phones, Filing, typing, scheduling, maintain records, ordering office supplies, contact for all departments and outside customers, designs correspondence, chart tables, and memos
Requirements:Confidentiality, multi-task, proficient with MS Excel and Word, communication and writing skills, independent worker and professionalism, ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
