We maintain a working and meeting space in San Francisco.The RoleThe Technical Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of OpenSpace in support of introducing top talent to the company. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manger, this role will own the entire recruitment process, from beginning to end, and will support teams by building and fostering partnerships with the business. This role is responsible for nurturing relationships both with managers and prospective talent, providing an excellent experience to both.Core ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with business leaders to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and build strategy to hire amazing talent for OpenSpace. Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices and that recruiting is a “team effort”. Be a builder: You will be joining an early-stage internal recruiting team where new ideas are appreciated and implemented! You are a learner: you can learn new value frameworks and product domains quickly and understand how to craft effective search strategies within those domains. Actively nurture and recruit passive candidates; assess candidates against our job requirements and our values. Use creative strategies and resources to develop a solid and diverse talent pipeline. Take a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners. Contribute to the growth of OpenSpace’s recruiting function by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team. Create, recommend, and implement strategies to tackle problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events. Source and identify passive people to build OpenSpace’s talent pool through use of Boolean, online tools, and unique sourcing techniques.Required Skills and Abilities

4-6 years of Technical or Product Recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth environment supporting multiple hiring teams.
SaaS recruiting experience is highly preferred.
Previous international recruiting experience is highly desired.
Posses strong data literacy skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions.
Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, including senior leadership.
Experience working with leading ATS technologies, Greenhouse preferred.
Proven strategic sourcer and closer.
Ambassador, you represent yourself and the company with integrity and courtesy both internally and externally.
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
Previous startup experience is preferred.
Preferred tech stack: G-Suite, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack.
