Job Description :
Enlist as a soldier into the
United States Army and become a Horizontal Construction Engineer. You will operate heavy construction equipment like bulldozers, tractors, backhoes, cranes, excavators, and road graders. This is not a civilian contractor position.
No experience necessary. Position is entry level.

JOB DUTIES:

Operate heavy equipment at an intern level and progress to senior equipment operator level with supervisory responsibilities for personnel, construction projects obstacle emplacement, and counter-obstacle operations involving construction equipment.
Assist Army engineers to analyze construction site needs and transport heavy construction equipment from one site to another.

PAID TRAINING:

10 weeks of Basic Training.
9 weeks of Technical School with on-the-job instructions.

ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
