Job Description :
The Research and Development Engineer will conduct research and development in the areas of chemical engineering and pilot plant construction and operation. Responsibilities include electrochemical reactor engineering research and development, technical strategic planning, development of design memoranda for pilot plants, regulatory and site planning and operation, and intellectual property landscaping and strategic planning.

Required/Preferred

Excellent technical and analytical skills related to chemical engineering and more specifically, fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.

Required

Demonstrated skills in coordinating with related regulatory agencies.

Preferred

Familiarity with data analysis and research paper writing.

Preferred

Ability to create laboratory protocols, weekly reports, presentations, andpublications.

Preferred

Demonstrated communication skills to explain procedures and impart technical andsafety information to others in an understandable manner.

Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize, and complete multiple projects ina timely manner and detailed oriented.
