Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates some proven knowledge of, and success as both an individual contributor and team member, with identifying and addressing client needs as a team member understanding various business application-based solutions that include:

Contributing as a functional team member in consulting, designing, implementing, and/or supporting those solutions;
Assisting clients in the implementation and support along the improvement of business processes on packaged business solutions, including, but not limited to, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday;
Gaining knowledge of the common issues facing PwC’s clients of all Industries and Sectors;
Learning business processes being performed by users and how the application enables those processes;
Troubleshooting issues reported by users to understand whether there may be a problem with system function, design, or data;
Analyzing support ticket data to find trends and provide recommendations to clients for process or system improvements; and,
Documenting application support operations procedures for specific client engagements.

Demonstrates some proven abilities and success with one or more business application modules doing functional configuration, technical development, and/or support including the following:

Designing, implementing and supporting business processes in an application environment;
Designing, building, testing and deploying various applications solutions;
Identifying and addressing client needs;
Building relationships with clients;
Developing an awareness of Firm services;
Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
Delivering clear requests for information;
Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and,
Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.

Demonstrates some proven abilities and success as a team member:

Understanding personal and team roles;
Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members; and,
Proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
