Job Description :
Lawrence Tire is an at-will employer seeking an Operational Manager who can work and manage Lawrence Tire. This job role is designed to control costs, manage profitability, and train & develop team members.
Essential Job Functions:
Performs all aspects of the stores including operations but not limited to shop, sales, office, financials, and management.
Evaluate and determine the price point system and make adjustments to match the current market value.
Develop, enhance or improve systems aimed to increase revenue and decrease expenditures within the shop.
Perform all necessary sales duties and procedures; including, but not limited to proper pricing, implementation of promotions and sales, suggestive selling, and stocking merchandise.
Responsible for staffing the store with adequate personnel, implementing training programs, and executing all company programs, policies, and procedures.
Monitor employee productivity and address any performance issues with routing job performing evaluations.
Communicate with HR regarding recommendations in employment, discipline, wage adjustments, and termination of store personnel.
Conducts weekly store meetings to review safety issues, store policies, procedures, and product information changes as required.
Sets goals and strategies to ensure the successful accomplishment of budgeted sales goals, gross profit percentages, expense control, and payroll objectives.
Communicate with Account Manager regarding all accounts receivable and collections of accounts when necessary.
Provide proper documentation, filing, and payments of accounts payable regarding all transactions and discounts to the Account Manager.
Adhere to all local, state and federal regulations concerning all facets of job responsibilities and duties, and store operations.
Maintain timely and professional communication with all parties, HR, Account Manager, management, employees, vendors and customers.
Properly train new employees by coaching, directing and answering questions regarding the training process.
Clean facilities, tools and equipment; and stock shelves.

Required:
Valid driver’s licenses.
Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
Schedule & Location
This is a salaried position that anticipates 45 hours a week = 6 days a week
