Job Description :
Validates packaging labels, documents, and quantities for accuracy.
Reviews picklist instructions to determine shipping requirements.
Determines specific documents, certifications, or notifications that are required per sales order.
Ensure all customs requirements are addressed prior to shipping.
Enter data pertaining to domestic and international shipments into the shipping portals of freight carriers and prepare export documentation as required for international shipments.
Experience with international and domestic shipping documentation such as USMCA, Certificate of Origin, SLI, Commercial Invoices, and Packing List.
Prior knowledge of US Export Controls, AES, Foreign Trade Regulations, HTS, Import Customs and Logistics.
Coordinates transportation with carrier companies for order pick up.
Function as material handler to support company objectives as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
