Apple is looking for a proven, dynamic leader of Product Management to join the Apple Online Store team. Apple strives to offer best in class digital eCommerce experience for all Apple Retail customers, including customers in various industries including education, small-medium businesses, government and many more. In this role, you will partner closely with the Retail teams, Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams to deliver amazing digital customer experiences — for all customers!

Key Qualifications

7+ years Product Management leading consumer-facing web and mobile products experiences; 3-5+ years managing a product function and team
Experience translating business concepts into a strategic roadmap and excellent delivery track record
Successful track record of leading digital transformation across technology, people and processes; experience managing complex technical projects
Experience in building and developing a diverse team of talented individual contributors
Comfort working cross-functionally across global teams and timezones
Ability to think end-to-end, and champion the digital experience but also understand entire Apple customer journey including Retail Stores and reseller touch-points and the operational requirements to sustain digital experiences
Ability to operate seamlessly between highly detailed technical situations, strategic business contexts and operational enablement
Fluent in technical concepts and can easily explain to non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives in highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus and influencing senior leaders
Extraordinary oral and written communication, including strong storytelling and Keynote presentation skills

Description

Lead the Retail Online product portfolio responsible for experiences and capabilities catered to our education, small-medium business and government consumer segments Partner cross-functionally throughout Retail to define and deliver strategic multi-year roadmaps that include experiences, features, capabilities and tools Lead a technical platform strategy and implementation, including capability gap analysis, buy versus build recommendation, and implementation plan that aims to transform our small-medium business customer experience Build digital shopping experiences tailored to customer segments for web and mobile iOS shopping app Hire, lead and develop a diverse, talented team of Product Managers to deliver project and product roadmap Lead E2E product lifecycle inclusive of scope definition through launch and operationalization of the experiences and features Negotiate and set milestones and expectations with other departments. Evangelizes roadmaps and release to other departments and partners Co-manage design and development process in partnership with senior Marcom & Engineering leaders. Makes decisions and prioritizes to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency Monitor the health of projects at all times along with the associated risks and implications to timelines; lead the resolution of cross-functional issues

Education & Experience

Completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree or equivalent experience
