We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Property/Bookings Consultants to join our growing teams at CPIC Global and Diyar Homes.
This is an entry level role – we will teach you everything you need to know to sell real estate internationally!
What’s the role?
As a Bookings Consultant, you’ll be working closely with the Sales Consultants to support international clients in purchasing real estate in Pakistan.
We currently have global projects in Lahore, Islamabad and Gwadar and are growing our footprint across the country. We are the market leader within the overseas Pakistani sector and offer a great career to hard-working professionals looking for a long-term career in the real estate industry with great earning potential.
How does a property consultant’s day look?
-Booking and arranging meetings with new inquiries
-Arranging zoom or face to face presentations about the investment opportunities
– May be required to Travel to our Global Road Shows – Dubai, New York, Houston
Job Requirements:
Enthusiastic, patient, and friendly, and is always willing to provide a great customer service.A team player, and is able to get along with the office. No previous property / real estate experience required – Full training will be provided on the job.

What’s in it for you?
Base salary + market leading commission + perormance bonuses.
On target earnings in Year 1: $150,000
Our top Property Consultants currently earn: $200,000 / £$50,000 per annum. We often run sales competitions with prizes such as Rolex, Cars, Designer Items etc.
