Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for our team.
Department & Position Overview:
Attracting and retaining is the ultimate goal for the FreedomCare Talent Acquisition team. This role is a brand ambassador and knows where to find talent and how to get them excited about new opportunities! The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams to successfully identify and create talent pools for roles across the organization. This role will be a master researcher and activator, and will influence the best and the brightest to join the FreedomCare family. The TA Sourcer will be critical in evaluating talent for alignment with our company’s mission and values.
Everyday You Will:
In partnership with with the TA team and hiring managers develop clear sourcing plans and expectations; Build pipelines of diverse, high performing talent
Develop a deep understanding of FreedomCare’s recruitment needs, core values and culture
Support various hiring projects by creatively and proactively mine social media, networking sites, niche associations, referral generation and passive talent to identify, screen and create talent communities for FreedomCare open and future positions
Maintain national candidate database via Greenhouse, specifically in states where FreedomCare has a presence
Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our pipeline strategy
Measure conversion rates from active/passive candidates through the hiring process
Drive sourcing data quality to effectively provide insights into the candidate market
Act as an ambassador of our employer culture and values
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
2+ years of experience as a successful Talent Sourcer in a high growth organization
All-star relationship builder with excellent communication skills; you’re an expert at engaging and influencing talent by personalizing your outreach efforts to candidates
Analytical mindset; you like to leverage data to dig into talent conversion stats
Results-oriented and excited about sourcing and landing top talent
Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude; you leave no stone unturned when searching for the right talent
Experience creating thoughtful sourcing strategies and programs
Strong organization, prioritization multi-tasking skills
Experience using an ATS and sourcing and pipeline management tools
High emotional intelligence and empathy that thrives in collaborative environments
You’re naturally a builder and willing to roll up your sleeves to contribute to our success
This role is remote with potential travel to our main office in Lake Success, NY and/or the FreedomCare hub closest to you. Being based locally in New York would be a plus.
