Hiring a Contract : SAP Transformation IS Program Director Duration: 12 Months Client Location- Remote Pay Rate : $180-225/hour Work Schedule: 40 Hours Weekly Benefits: ACA Compliant Medical Insurance SAP Transformation IS Program Director This key leadership role, will drive our business transformation through the execution of global implementation of SAP S/4HANA, a critical catalyst for organizational change. They will be responsible for the leadership of program Information Systems teams, which includes planning, execution, and post go-live support activities. Oversee enterprise scale business process and capability improvement across multiple functions and processes at scale. Leverage leadership capabilities and knowledge of Information Systems and business strategy, process, technology, and operations to ensure implementation plans/approaches meet the needs of business strategy and model. Be the leader of cross-workstream innovation and transformation initiatives on a global scale through collaboration with internal and external resources to ensure efficient and successful project implementations. Manage and coach dedicated implementation resources. Responsible for working closely with business stakeholders in the elements of process design, technology, and data governance to deliver challenge the status quo, deliver best-in-class implementation, and drive broad business transformation to achieve new levels of business performance. HOURLY RATE : $180/225 hr based on experience. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES · Under the leadership of the SAP Transformation Lead, develop and maintain the program roadmap across the entire enterprise working closely with business leaders, 3rd parties and appropriate stakeholders to execute improvement opportunities to drive heightened business value with speed, agility, and collaboration. · Develop detailed implementation plans to support the roadmap. Prioritize and sequence the work to make the biggest impact for the enterprise. · Work with all stakeholders to develop future state ERP solution design, deployment, transition, and ongoing support. Serve as the focal point within the program office for all technology team related issues, risks, escalations etc. · Lead I.S. SAP S/4 implementation teams to ensure they identify issues, risks, contingency plans and engage with stakeholders for effective collaboration and execution. · Provide oversight for multiple complex technology solutions from vendors, custom solutions, and internal resources. · Collaborate and recommend program objectives, outcomes, and success criteria across all workstreams within the global program. Identify and implement key metrics and monitors to ensure project deliverables are achieved and reported through program scorecard. · Responsible for I.S. resource plans and all administrative aspects of project execution including securing needed resources, scheduling meetings, ensuring attendance etc. · Key responsibility for “Global Template” design to be used as a common implementation framework in the USC and Global Markets as part of the overall S/4HANA program roadmap. Align “Rich’s Simple, Standard, & Global” approach to program execution and ensure a high level of standardization, minimization of localization and better associate experiences. · Understand cultural inhibitors and advises how to address them; responsible for breaking down organization barriers by collaborating with business function and process leaders · Works closely with procurement team to negotiate solutions with external vendors. (costs, contracts, services etc.). Manage technology vendors and SI’s delivery. · Collaborate with Global IS Leadership to timely manage program progress, issues, risks, resources and engage to support the transformation as well as design the on-going enterprise global support model · Has deep product knowledge of SAP S4/HANA product suite and inspires the organization around what’s possible with the platform. · Ensure effective change management plans and training exists relative to new processes and platforms across all levels of the organization. Responsible for providing input to overall communication plan to all relevant stakeholders in partnership with Business Program Leader. · Provide leadership and direction to business execution team members. Creates an open, transparent team environment that supports challenging the status quo to create the future of work at Rich’s. Effectively manages the team to drive engagement, associate and team performance and recognition. · Identifies opportunities for synergies with other Enterprise transformation initiatives or potential collisions for the organization to address. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE · In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC · Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, architecture, and digital risk management practices. · Business acumen in process areas (O2C, Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing, eCommerce etc.) · Project/Program management · Business Relationship management · Familiar with software and digital product life cycle from concept design to product transition · Experience with enterprise business process improvement and project management, including definition of project plans, management of budgets, and supervision of people · Leadership of a highly cross-functional and diverse team that has project managed and delivered solutions using a range of methodologies & techniques (i.e. Waterfall, Agile) · Demonstrated success leading mid-to-large technology initiatives with enterprise level impact and have managed supplier/vendor relationships and large contracts. Includes a proven track record of cross-functional leadership, leading change management efforts and strong ability to influence across functional lines without formal authority. Preferred experience implementing or supporting packaged application systems (i.e. ERP systems such as SAP) · Competency to understand and analyze complex business processes/problems and develop clear proposals depicting solutions (e.g. Order-to-Cash, Procurement, and Central Finance) · Ability to engage internal business partners and associates at all levels of the organization and can present ideas and concepts to executive leadership. · Strong knowledge of emerging external trends in ERP and digital technology solutions · Experience working across markets/functions as a change agent to influence the organization without formal authority. Strong communication to effectively engage across cultures. · Expert in change management methodologies (i.e. ADKAR) with large scale global programs · Experience managing complex business cases – development of financial schedules identifying the “value-add” (ex. Return on Investment) associated with strategic business initiatives. · Up to 50% of travel to support project requirements QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain, Technology, or related field · MBA or equivalent experience preferred · At least 5 years of experience delivering large scale enterprise programs, preferably global · Program lead experience on large scale ERP implementations · Minimum five years of experience in various core business processes (i.e. Order-to-Cash, MRP, etc.) or comparable experience implementing and supporting information systems · Led multiple ERP strategy engagements · Developed technical roadmaps for large scale transformation/enterprise programs · Experience driving SAP value through emerging technologies including (i.e. RPA, Client, AI, IoT) · Experience driving large scale RFPs · PMP preferred *Candidates cannot begin assignment until drug and background screenings have been successfully completed.* On-Board was founded in 1976 by Robert L.
