Job Description :
Provide direct support to the finance Agile transformation
Work with senior leaders to help them transition to agile ways of working
Promote the Agile mindset across the finance division
Train teams in Jira and Confluence

5+ years of as an Agility Lead/ Agile Coach
3+ years of experience in organizational design and transformation
Able to lead and facilitate large scale workshops and trainings
Strong Agile, Jira, and Confluence experience
Able to travel to NYC with notice
Fully Vaccinated
