Job Description :
Ocasa inc is seeking for Logistics Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the Operations department. Duties include but are not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate the import/export of shipments and related activities in accordance with customer’s requests, and/or company objectives.
Arrange cargo transportation with all applicable parties.
Coordinate with customers, agents and vendors.
Prepare, distribute, and/or process all required documentation including AWB, BOL’s, invoices, export declarations (EEI), import documentation, as required.
Create, and maintain detailed shipment files.
Monitors shipments and keep all parties informed of shipment status at all times.
Knowledge of customs regulations, and processes for timely movement of all Import freight.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must be detail oriented.
Ability to work in fast pace environment with minimal supervision.
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of apparel industry preferred.
Proficient in MS Office applications- Outlook, Excel, Word.
Knowledge of SAP systems preferred.
Prior experience in Import/Export Logistics required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Pay: $20.00 per hour
