Job Description :
A home healthcare organization in New York City is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Director of Telehealth Operations. In this role, the Director of Telehealth Operations will be responsible for leading the development and expansion of telehealth services at the organization.

Responsibilities:

The Director of Telehealth Operations will:

Oversee all clinical, business, educational and regulatory activities surrounding telehealth
Partner with Information Services around the procurement, development and implementation of appropriate supporting technologies
Identify new areas of clinical utilization for telehealth activities and for working with Clinicians and local leadership to develop business plans for new opportunities
Serve as the liaison among participating clinicians, Information Services and operational personnel
Coordinate multiple projects, prioritize new projects, appropriate resource allocation
Evaluate the performance of new and existing projects with performance metrics.
Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of strong Telehealth Operations experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Computer savvy
Solid problem solving and time management skills
Exceptional phone etiquette
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
