Job Description :
Customer Service Sales Position
Customer service person needed with strong administrative and organizational skills for Telephone Sales and Service position with a Commercial Laundry Parts Company. Must be responsible, reliable, and trustworthy, extremely detail oriented, and a fast learner.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Answering phone calls and assisting customers with problems or inquiries
Working with other employees to gather information and solve problems
Computer literate, need Quickbooks
Working with manufacturers to order parts
Purchase orders
Processing customer invoices
Inventory Management
Data Entry

Qualifications: * You understand why you are doing what you do rather than just how to do what you do, so

You know when to ask questions about details before entering them.
You are so good at and love details that you pride yourself in the quality of your work
Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in customer sales
Requires strong communication skills, with verbal and written
Competent organizational skills and effective interpersonal skills
Must have a positive “can do” attitude and be self-driven and motivated
