Job Description :
At Hope TMS and Neuropsychiatric Center, we strive to help patients find long-term relief from mental health issues. We offer various treatment options and solutions such as medication management, TMS treatment and Ketamine infusions for the treatment of depression, bipolarity, anxiety, OCD, etc. Our focus is on the unique needs of each patient and striving to provide the best treatment plan.
Minimum Requirements:

In the process of or completed an Undergraduate Degree (preferably science background).
Work Monday to Friday in-person.
Must be vaccinated for Covid-19.

Expectations:

Fast learner and able to adapt new skills.
Administering and assisting in TMS procedures according to the physician’s protocols and procedures.
Assisting in Ketamine and Spravato treatments.
Explain TMS procedures as well as answering inquiries to new and existing patients.
Scheduling TMS treatments.
Completing prior authorizations for TMS, Ketamine, Spravato and for prescription medication.
Demonstrating excellent “bedside manners” and displaying a compassionate as well as professional attitude towards patients.
Willing to assist in administrative tasks when the office has a saturated schedule.
Good work ethic, willing to lend a hand, self-starter, positive attitude.

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred but not required)

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
