Job Description :
Support strategic planning exercises for all products to determine future growth opportunities; includes researching and data gathering from internal and external data sources and assisting with membership forecasting. Assist with Sales Operations and Business Development projects as needed, including sales lead forecasting and campaign reporting, sales performance tracking, commission processing. For all areas, provide input about data tracking and reporting enhancements.

Analyzing and reporting sales data
Communicating changes to sales plans
Providing knowledge about competitors
Works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, goal setting, training, and sales-related information systems and procedures.
Commission Processing
Monitor and track enrollments
Maintain yearly marketing material
Appointment, Credentialing and certification of Licensed Marketing Representatives.
Special Projects

Education and Experience:

Associates or Bachelor Degree
2+ years of Data Analysis and Reporting
2+ years experience in tracking, trending and reporting.
Experience combining and manipulating large data sets to generate reports.
Experience with database, reporting and analytic systems or Business Intelligence tools.
2+ years experience with Microsoft Excel; to include knowledge of formulas, V-Lookups, pivot tables, charts and data visualizations

Healthcare Industry experience
Experience with Outlook or other database software
Excel ,Access and Word
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid products and Sales Operations experience
