Here is what you need to know about the job:

Position Overview

This individual will be working on Private Label Swimwear and Intimates, and will work closely with all cross functional partners (design, production, sourcing office, tech, merchandising) to support development and production from concept to bulk. Responsible for daily correspondence internally and externally with our customers and overseas vendors/factories.

This position is responsible for overall department support to ensure execution of T&A deliverables, tracking of any protos/submits/samples that have been put into development, aligning with calendar milestones, and assisting the team with various time sensitive projects that may come up.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Great communication skills, this position requires daily cross functional communication internally and externally with our customers, vendors and factories.
Understanding of timelines and proactive nature to get product through the development process and maintain on-time deliveries.
Solution oriented, seeking results in a timely manner and working independently on day to day workload.
Tracking development from start to finish, keeping cross functional team aware of current status including protos and sample delivery.
Supporting order commit and PO creation in partnership with internal customer service team, and tracking production deliverables.
Assist entire internal cross functional team with special projects as needed.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
Detail oriented and analytical with exceptional problem solving abilities.
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate through different interfaces.
Proficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams.
Team-oriented collaborative attitude and approach.
Understanding of Garment Construction and Raw Materials.

Role requires understanding of Hybrid workplace environment (will be part-time Remote.) Ideal candidate will live in NYC metropolitan area.
