Job Description :
Telemarketing/Appointment Setting Manager We are looking for an experienced Call Center Supervisor to oversee and support our national inside sales representatives team. The Call Center Supervisor will assist monitor and manage the Inside Sales Department. It’s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Supervisor should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet goals.
Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales representatives
Set and track sales targets for your team
Assist manage the Inside Sales Department
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
Coordinate with Recruiters to ensure staffing is met
Responsible for frontline issues in the department to ensure company policy is being met by the sales agents
Ensure company policies and procedures are met
Build an open-communication environment for your team

Skills

Proven work experience as a Call Center Supervisor or Team Manager
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,100.00 – $134,500.00 per year
