The Team
Our creative driven Marketing team are each responsible for a focused area in our business. In this way we have built out a crew of subject matter expert across all divisions; currently encompassing paid search, SEO, affiliate marketing, PPC marketing, brand partnerships, social media, among several others. The nature of our business along with our passion for driving success allows us to collaborate daily, while sitting in the driver’s seat of business decisions, and being flexible enough to operate creatively.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager and thought leader to assist our Chief Marketing officer on all efforts of Search Engine Marketing across several successful e-commerce driven brands in the gifting space. If you have experience in PPC Marketing specifically with Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Amazon Seller Central – we encourage you to apply. We want to meet you!
What You’ll Do

Own paid search campaigns and SEM marketing over assigned brands including From You Flowers, Sendflowers, Brook & York, Eve’s Addiction, Lula’s Garden and other brands as needed
Manage, review and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Amazon Seller Central as well as all paid social ad campaigns in Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms
Execute the development and implementation of strategies based on brand goals and objects by extracting data driven actionable insights that will help our organization to remain competitive and successful
Perform in-depth campaign reporting and analysis based on KPI’s and historical trends to optimize, develop and enhance account structures, campaigns, keywords, ad copy, and ad extensions
Recommend testing strategies and present action plans to executives as well as brand teams, both internally and externally to ensure alignment on tactics and goals
Maintain and educate team on industry knowledge of brands’ business, competition, and latest industry news and trends

Who You Are

An expert in paid search with 4 years of experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. E-Commerce experience is a huge plus!
Motivated digital advertising specialist with the experience and drive to assist us in Facebook Advertising, Amazon Seller Central, and Google Analytics
Solution oriented with a passion for ensuring a positive ROI on spending, campaign KPI’s, and working closely with different teams while collaborating stakeholders; thriving on opportunities to present strategy to leadership
Proactive self starter that enjoys working autonomously as well as collaboratively, with a keen intent of being organized and detail oriented
Team player who enjoys an environment of multitasking with no two days looking the same while thriving on having strong prioritization skills
Data driven master that loves processes driven by web metrics and analytics for PPC marketing
Someone who enjoys creative thinking and execution, autonomy, and who is looking for a position where their efforts will directly impact successful e-commerce brands!

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
